Volvo Cars wanted to help alleviate the anxiety many new parents experience by getting them into a Certified by Volvo vehicle.

To reach these people, Volvo Cars is partnering with Marquee Brands (Motherhood Maternity | A Pea in the Pod), a line of high-end maternity clothing and baby supply stores, in an integrated marketing partnership agreement.

Print Insert

To reach customers as they built their baby registries, we developed an insert for their complementary registry goody bag.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Direct Mail

Sent by the brand, recent customers received two pieces of mail: one with information on how to find the right child seat, and another showing how to wear a seat belt properly and safely while pregnant.

 
 
 

Drip Emails

 Most women begin their registry about 5 months into pregnancy. So, every month we sent them an email with information most relevant to their current experiences.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Scheduled Emails

Beginning in late 2022, these customers received a monthly message from Volvo Cars. These emails covered a rotation of three topics—benefits of a Certified by Volvo vehicle, a discount code for a percentage off a vehicle purchase, and a general shopping message.
